Returns
We understand that there are instances where you might change your mind about your purchases. HiFi Spirit offers a 14 day change of mind policy. Products returned must be in “as sold” condition. That means that products must returned in original undamaged packaging with complete accessories and instruction manuals supplied. Products that meet the mentioned “change of mind policy” will have the refund returned to the original payment method.
Return freight for products under change of mind policy is covered by the purchaser. Freight or Shipping costs paid on the original invoice under the Change of Mind Policy is not refundable. *Please note that we charge an $20 re-stocking fee for all change of mind product returns. This will come out of your final refund*
Warranty Policy
HiFi Spirit offers 12 months warranty, unless stated otherwise in the product copy or Care/Warranty tab on the products page on our website. The customer is entitled to a replacement or refund should a major failure occur. Our customers are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced should the products fail to meet acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Should there be defects in materials, components and workmanship is identified within the specified warranty period, HiFi Spirit will decide to repair or replace the product.
After warranty Policy
HiFi Spirit products are designed to be long-lasting. They are made of durable materials that are heavily-tested in our Reliability Testing Lab. The longer you use your device, the better it is for the planet. If your device from HiFi Spirit is out of warranty and need a repairment, we also offer you a paid repairment service.
How does this paid repairment service work?
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic condition, we temporally offering paid repairment service excluding mainland China. However you can always contact us if you meet any trouble using our products. We will provide help as good as we can.
How long does the repair cost?
Within 2 weeks since we received the goods, problems can be identified. Normally, the maintenance costs 5 working days, and it takes 1 month to return to the factory for repairing if necessary (the actual maintenance status shall prevail.)
Can the second-hand device be repaired?
If you can provide receipt or invoice, the product can be maintain within warranty. If the vouchers cannot be provided, a paid maintenance services would be provided by us.
Warranty process According to the principle of “who sells and who is responsible for after-sales”, please contact the merchant stated in the warranty card for repairs, replacements, and returns.
If you directly request HiFi Spirit to provide after-sales service without notifying your retailer, HiFi Spirit has the right to refuse, but will do its best to cooperate with you to get in touch with retailers or dealers.
Non-warranty eligible cases
A: If the product you purchased falls under any of the following conditions, you are not entitled to warranty, but you can choose paid repair services. The specific cost is determined based on the product inspection results:
- 1) Exceeding the warranty period;
- 2) Damage caused by failure to use, maintain and store the product regardless of the instructions;
- 3) Damage caused by the non-official repairer
- 4) Without warranty card and valid invoice/receipt;
- 5)The content on the after-sale certificate is inconsistent with the product physical identification or altered;
- 6) The serial number is damaged or there are traces of alteration;
- 7) Natural consumption, wear and aging of consumable materials;
- 8) Scratches or damage caused by movement or falling;
- 9) Other damages which are not caused by product design, technology, manufacturing, quality and other issues;
